Tom Barth has announced that the U is taking applications for the Fall 2012 Academy for Strategic Managementoffered by the MPA program at UNCW.
The Academy is designed for current managers, supervisors or high potential staff who are interested in professional development but may not have the time or resources to enroll in the MPA program. The format is very appealing, as it combines presentations by MPA faculty with practitioner panels and hands-on exercises. Participants receive instruction in a range of topics including leadership, human resource management, strategic planning, performance measurement, media relations and ethics. Fee discounts are available upon request.
